Summer Stoolball News

A traumatic start: injuries, operations, moves, pregnancy and some of our good players out for the season! Luckily we had Imogen back and then Brockham had left the league so Sue and daughter Louise joined, later Teresa, and also Jackie, a player originally from Ockley. Capel Show is Growing!

It’s not just the fruit and vegetables that have been growing at the annual Capel Show. A record number of people visited Capel Recreation Ground on Saturday (16 August) to enjoy a larger than ever number of exhibits across the entire show. Capel Sports Pavilion

We have commenced a Feasibility Study involving a specialist Sports Pavilion Design Company to make sure we have considered all options on the site and to attempt to firm up the costings. This is proving to be a worthwhile exercise that has in part been funded by Surrey Cricket.
