Can You Help?

Surrey Police are currently investigating criminal damage to vehicles that occurred overnight Friday 14th June into Saturday 15th June 2013. A person has walked along The Street in Capel and deliberately scratched vehicles parked along the road. We believe that approximately 15 vehicles have been damaged from this mindless act of criminal damage. Highways Matters

The Parish Council is dismayed at the lack of facilities that Surrey Highways has access to in terms of keeping the parish road gullies in working order. Policing Matters

The police are currently very concerned about the level of anti-social behaviour in Capel, particulary around the Old Forge Surgery, Laundery Way, the Village Hall and Tennis Court areas. It is beleived to be the same group of youths who are responsible for all the incidents. Offences range from harassment of residents, criminal damage and causing a public nuisance. Cable Laying in The Street Capel

This came to an abrupt end two weeks ago when Landbuild were informed that Cheetham Hill Construction, the primary contractor, would be installing the remainder of the ducting themselves by a method known as ‘directional drilling’.
