Rainbows are the youngest section of Girl Guiding UK. Capel has a very active group and if your daughter is between 5 and 7 years old she may like to join us. To show you what the girls enjoy about Rainbows we asked them last month and this is what they said:

” We make, do and play fun things,

We go on trips – we went to the zoo.

We work to earn badges.

We talk about things we have done during the week.

We play good games.

We like to be in the Hall with our friends – we make new friends.

We have nice leaders and junior leaders – all the leaders and girls are kind.

We make food and eat fun (slimy!) things.”

A number of Rainbows are moving up to Brownies at the end of this term so we have space to welcome new girls. If you would like your daughter to be part of this fun group please register her details on www.girlguiding.org.uk under the ‘parents’ section.
