Wanted Church Treasurer for StJohn the Baptist, Capel. Our existing treasurer is retiring after a number of years, so we are looking for a replacement for this role. The role involves managing and recording donations, recording expenditure and maintaining the account book, which is managed in an Excel spreadsheet. This role is currently done by one person, but could be divided into three with one person looking after donations and banking, another aftEr  expenditure and the third person recording the transactions. All the banking is carried out via the Post Office in Capel and all expenditure is via cheque.
