Flix In The Still – Brooklyn
The film for the May meeting is Brooklyn. The film is about Irish immigrant in Brooklyn in the 1950s. There is a terrific cast led by Aairse Ronan, Downhall Gleeson, Julie Wlaters and Jim Broadbent.
The film will be shown in Capel Village Memorial Hall on Tuesday 3rd May. Doors open 7:30pm for an 8:00pm showing. Admission is £4.00 on the door. Refreshments are available before the film and in the interval. We look forward to seeing you all. Forthcoming film this season include Despite the Falling Snow on June 7th and A Bigger Splash on July 5th.
